KPMG India is looking for Senior - GRC Packaged Product (Archer, SN, OT, MS, OP) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC framework that aligns with the organization's objectives and strategy. Identify and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities that the organization may face and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage risks and compliance requirements. Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify emerging risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Provide guidance and support to business units on GRC matters. Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that GRC processes are integrated into business processes. Conduct internal audits to ensure that the organization's GRC processes are functioning effectively. Ensure that the organization is prepared for external audits and compliance reviews.
