As a Managed Services ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of integrated logistics support services to clients. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of managed services contracts. You will be expected to provide expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and operational support to optimize the client's logistics processes and ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on service delivery.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for service improvement and upselling of additional services.
Service Delivery Management:
Oversee the execution of managed services contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, operations, and technical support, to deliver high-quality services.
Monitor service performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as required.
Conduct regular reviews and reporting on service performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Integrated Logistics Support:
Provide expertise in logistics and supply chain management to optimize the client's logistics processes.
Develop and implement logistics support plans, including maintenance, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective lifecycle management of equipment and systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in logistics operations.
Conduct data analysis and performance evaluations to identify areas for efficiency gains.
Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in managed services, logistics support, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
Familiarity with integrated logistics support concepts and methodologies.
