KPMG India - Technical Sourcer- Third Party contract

KPMG India's Talent is hiring seasoned professionals to manage sourcing for technology hiring across key government domains.

Exp : 3-7years

Location: Delhi/Gurugram

Role: Tech Sourcer (Third Party Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of open technical positions.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sourcing.

Education Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Tech Sourcer or in a similar technical recruiting role.

Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for them.

Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
