About Your Role:
- 1. To drive Contractual hiring across multiple Business Units of Meesho
- 2. To front end the Contractual hiring by managing 60-80 roles month on month
- 3. You will be responsible to close contractual roles by liaising with Business Managers, Vendors & In house TA team
- 4. Should have worked in similar role of handling volume closures in the Non-Tech space (Field roles, Logistics, Business Development, Key Account Managers etc)
What will you do:
1. Stakeholder Manager (Business side)
- Work closely with Business Managers/Dept Heads to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for every role raised and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Ability to manage & work closely with 20+ Business Stakeholders across the roles open for their span & plan the hiring within TAT
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers identify, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Align the Business Managers by giving timely update on the hiring process across multiple stages of the interview process
2. Vendor Management (Agencies)
- Prior experience of Managing 5-6 Manpower Agencies
- Clear understanding of driving hiring closures through Agency support
- Sharing open
- Develop relationships with Agencies to build awareness of the open roles, hiring needs, job specifications & building right top of the funnel
- Agency productivity to be monitored & developmental feedbacks to be shared with each agency on multiple fronts - Candidate pool, Interview status, Selection > Offer > Offer Drop > Joiner
- Ability to quickly coordinate with multiple agency POCs & expedite the hiring process
3. Interview process:
- Prior exposure of handling 20+ interviews daily & coordinate with Business Managers, Agencies & Candidates
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Giving real time updates to all Stakeholders on the interview process via emails, slack, ATS etc
4. Database Management:
- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects & hired candidates
- Ensure timely update of all candidate records on GSS & ATS tool
- Accuracy in capturing candidate details and maintaining multiple sheets
- Ability to make multiple reports from the base data
5. Team Management:
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff
- Ability to train Sourcers and show them Career growth opportunities
- Giving constructive feedbacks to Sourcer & drive their performance
- Ensure the productivity of the Sourcers are tracked
What will you need:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment - Volume hiring/Contract-to-hire (C2H)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Hands on experience with GSS & Data Management
- Use of ATS tools
