Associate -Instructional Design

Skills required

• Strong analytical skills and excellent eye for detail, and ability to follow detailed design and development procedures.
• Knowledge of video editing /content authoring tools like Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, Articulate 360
• Knowledge and application of various instructional design methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others collaboratively.
• Experience working with brand guidelines to develop engaging high-quality content.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud will be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities

• Work closely with the onshore and offshore teams and set expectations
• Create high quality learning deliverables under strict timelines.
• Provide creative inputs and suggestions on project/client deliverables.
• Establish clear channels of communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work in and gain experience with a wide range of media and graphic design software applications.
• Demonstrate good design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing learning content

• Support internal firm level initiatives with design and creative inputs.
• Ensure cross team collaboration for sharing design ideas and innovative solutions.
• Seek regular feedback and incorporates it to improve performance as appropriate.
• Work with leadership to set professional goals related to career and skills development
• Take accountability for work assignments and deliverable deadlines.

Education qualification/ professional experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and development
• Strong instructional design portfolio with proven success in client engagements
