About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, youll have the opportunity to work on dynamic EdTech projects, collaborating with creative and technical professionals to deliver impactful educational solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee EdTech projects from start to finish.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking.

2. Quality & Training coordination:

• Coordinate with quality reviewers, in-house project teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Coordinate for training requirements to support quality and project objectives.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, external and internal teams.
• Provide regular project updates and address concerns proactively.

4. Team Coordination:

• Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, e Learning, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in managing Ed-Tech projects like content development, course/curriculum development, e learning courses, interactive content development, Accessibility, alt-text, content conversion, translation etc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
