Associate Manager

Experience into managing Embedded product / software development, R&D, maintenance projects

Extensive experience in Software Development Lifecycle

Good knowledge, experience about various project execution methodologies & execution models

Leading project planning sessions, preparing project schedule

Coordinating with Technical experts on SOW elicitation, project estimations

Managing project progress and adapt work as required

Ensuring project meets deadlines. Identifying and addressing team skill gaps.

Identifying and managing Project risks, Issues throughout the project

Monitoring and driving the team towards work-product quality excellence

Status reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Identifying and managing scope creeps, customer concerns

Focus on value delivered to the customer

Conducting team appraisals. Motivating the team towards delivery excellence

Experience in ALM tools (like JIRA, Polarion, Redmine, etc.)

Experience in Automotive - Infotainment and cluster domain

Hands-on experience in Software development

Experience of managing Iterative / Agile project lifecycle model

Japanese bilingual would be a plus

Experience of working with Japanese customers / Japan specific projects
