About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function. This critical role will be instrumental in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across all departments as we embark on our next phase of growth. The Head of TA will report directly to the Founder and will be a key member of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, including :
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, employer branding initiatives).
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Onboarding new hires effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to track key metrics, measure recruitment effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Represent SolarSquare at industry events and career fairs to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee value propositions to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Head of Talent Acquisition or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strong experience in sourcing and attracting top talent across various functions (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing, finance).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
