Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Growth & Management:
- Drive revenue growth by effectively managing gig partners.
- Ensure revenue quality by reducing fraud and enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Operational Excellence:
- Optimize cost, efficiency, and productivity of operations.
- Manage the delivery experience for gig workers and oversee channel partner relationships.
Workforce Development:
- Engage and motivate gig partners through tailored incentive/earning systems.
- Develop gig workforce via training programs and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Strategy & On-Ground Involvement:
- Foster high motivation and engagement levels.
- Travel and actively participate in on-ground operations.
Key Skills and Competencies :
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing incentive systems.
- Analytical thinking to assess performance metrics and fraud patterns.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Training and development expertise to upskill off-role teams.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, team management, or a similar
- Proven track record of managing off-role employees and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with incentive structures, training methodologies, and fraud management processes.
