Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, and identify and close new
opportunities with potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and sales success
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market insights
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to customers
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates having experience in B2B sales of industrial consumables
- Industrial consumables like Abrasives, Industrial paints, Welding electrodes, Spray Guns, Power tools, etc
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, preferably in the distribution industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills to represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
