Position: Sales Officer (SO)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 2 to 4 years Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum
Industry Segment: Retail
Industry: Abrasives / Automotive Paint
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive paint shops, distributors, and end users in the assigned territory.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.
3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
• Promote and sell Kovax Abrasives products to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
4. Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and ensure market penetration.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to address customer requirements and align on sales strategies.
6. Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting head, detailing sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: • 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the abrasives industry or automotive paint sector.
Education:
• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or a technical background is a plus).
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Basic knowledge of abrasives or automotive paint products is preferred.
Location Preference: Candidates based in Bangalore or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
