Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant.
Experience : 4-8 Years.
Skills & Qualifications.
- Experience : Minimum of 4 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with a focus on Indian payroll requirements.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of Indian statutory payroll regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Income Tax, etc.)
- Technical Expertise : Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations with Core HR, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex payroll challenges.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
- Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Certifications : Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configuration : Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll for India in alignment with client business needs and local statutory regulations.
- Payroll Setup : Set up payroll elements, compensation, deductions, and statutory contributions, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure payroll configurations meet statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and tax calculations.
- Integration : Seamlessly integrate Oracle Payroll with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Payroll Processing : Manage payroll runs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the accurate generation of payslips.
- Statutory Reporting : Generate and manage statutory reports like Form 16 and Form 24Q, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Testing : Lead unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll functionalities.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand payroll needs, provide updates, and recommend best practices.
- Training & Support : Deliver training and knowledge transfer to clients on payroll processes, configuration, and reporting.
- Post-Implementation Support : Provide ongoing support and efficiently resolve payroll-related issues.
