Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• A Guest Relations Executive needs strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. .
• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors as they enter the hospital.
• Address and resolve complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Facilitate clear communication between patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges.
• Maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment in the hospital.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
• Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and procedures.
• Collect feedback from patients and visitors to improve the quality of services.

Preferred candidate profile

freshers or less than 2 years experience in healthcare or hospitality industries with good communication skill, multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and handle complaints diplomatically.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
