Field Officer-marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Report on conditions on the ground to the Coordinator and other relevant staff members.
• Attend meetings, field work or trainings as and when requested by the Employer.
• Formulating evaluative resources to guide your fieldwork.
• Meeting with claimant and hospitals
• Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers.
• Provide assistance with insurance related matters, including claims handling, service, and policy questions.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for services on multiple media channels٫ including social media٫ print٫ and otherwise.
• A Field Officer is a highly sought-after professional who specializes in managing and monitoring the field operations. Field Officers are responsible for overseeing staff in remote locations, making sure that all operations are running at peak efficiency and according to plan.

Preferred candidate profile

freshers or less than 2 years experience in healthcare/ pharma marketing with good communication skill, willingness to travel.

• A Bachelors in Public Health, Social Sciences, or any other related field.
• Strong writing skills in English
• Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, email, and experience using Excel
