We're seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to join our team at Una Villa Restaurant and Bakery in Chennai & Perambalur. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (continental experience a plus). Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and collaborating with our team.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Chinese Chef, with experience in continental cuisine being a plus
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
• Certification in food safety and hygiene an asset
