Bakery Chef

Dollons Food Products is proud to expand into bakery production and seeking an experienced Bakery Chef with 5-10 years of experience in large-scale bakery operations specializing in artisanal breads, sour dough, buns, cookies, muffins, and confectionery products to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality baked goods such as bread, cookies, confectioneries, frozen products, and chocolate items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to health and safety regulations in the manufacturing unit.
  
• Collaborate with other team members and train them for the production process.
  
• Ensure timely completion of production while maintaining quality control.
• Join our on-site bakery team to carry out scientific baking trials, including the use of production machinery and contribute to the development of innovative new products.

Specifications

• 5-10 years of supervisory experience in baking, specifically in bread production.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and quality control practices.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
