Hiring Bakers To Work in Fiji

We are in search of a skilled baker with a minimum of one year of prior experience in a bakery setting. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of commencing operations at the bakery in the morning, producing fresh bread, arranging pastries, and preparing a variety of baked goods for the subsequent day. Additionally, the baker will be accountable for maintaining the quality of ingredients, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing, preparing, and baking bread and pastries.
• Opening the bakery each morning.
• Presenting the display case in an attractive manner.
• Managing supply orders.
• Innovating and developing new baked goods.
• Ensuring timely completion of all baked goods for the opening.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and the use of bakery equipment.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

3 years Contract, if performance good  renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
