Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to enhance guest experiences, manage customer relations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction at our restaurant in Nungambakkam. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the restaurant or hotel industry and possess excellent communication and hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure a delightful dining experience.
• Handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service by coordinating with the service and kitchen teams.
• Oversee guest reservations, special requests, and VIP customer management.
• Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance guest retention.
• Organize and manage special events, private dining, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a customer database and track preferences to provide personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers and events.
• Monitor online reviews and engage with customers on social media platforms.
• Train and guide staff on customer service best practices to maintain high hospitality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in customer relationship management in the restaurant or hotel industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to handle high-end clientele and provide personalized service.
• Knowledge of reservation systems, CRM tools, and hospitality management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a guest-first approach.
• Well-groomed, professional, and highly presentable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
