Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
2. Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly.
3. Support the sales team with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Collect and share customer feedback to improve services.
5. Keep records of customer interactions and report regularly.
