Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in email marketing and the ability to oversee various facets of digital marketing.
- The ideal candidate will lead campaigns, collaborate with teams, and drive results-oriented marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing (Mandatory):
- Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements to enhance engagement and ROI.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop clear strategies for running digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and make timely adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure impactful ad creatives and content.
SEO and Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with the tech team to set up and optimize SEO strategies.
- Implement and monitor SEO for the company's WIX website or other platforms.
- Support the tech team with any digital marketing-related technical requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and guide a team of content writers and social media managers to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative team environment.
Performance Analysis:
- Measure and analyze campaign performance to evaluate the success of strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
ROI Optimization:
- Focus on reducing the cost per lead and increasing the ROI through effective strategy execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a certification in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content creation and team management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and align with technical and creative teams.
