Lead - Propositions

Job Role:

- Responsible for conceptualizing and managing unique customer propositions

- Stay connected to the sales functions to keep seeking customer feedback on and identifying customer need gaps

- Liaise with internal product teams to create best in class products

- Work with the Customer Journey / Digital Leads to ensure seamless delivery of customer propositions

- Work closely with the Marketing and alliances team to build a strong customer communication strategy

- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify unique opportunities to enhance customer value

- Competition mapping to identify product initiatives

- Ensure that the unique propositions are in line with regulatory guidelines across jurisdictions

Job Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Product / Propositions

- Prior NR experience will be an added advantage

- Ability to influence in a matrix structure

- Excellent communication / presentation skills
