Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance professionals on sales, product knowledge, and soft skills.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
  
• Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet client requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (insurance industry preferred).
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
