Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Manager to lead and scale our offline sales operations. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of core sales experience, a strong background in team management, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires extensive market knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing field sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive offline sales and market expansion.
  • Build and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct school visits, events, and seminars to promote Veda Academys programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with school principals, owners, and decision-makers
  • Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

  • Identify and onboard school chains as long-term partners.
  • Ensure consistent sales performance by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular on-ground visits to evaluate and support sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of core sales experience preferably in education, insurance, or similar industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and manage a sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Local market knowledge and the ability to leverage connections for business growth.
  • Must be target-oriented and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
