Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to drive plant operations as Lead HR.

2. Liaison with local /Govt. authorities for getting Licenses, Approvals, Clearance, NOC as required & meeting all statutory & compliance with health & safety.

3. Identify workforce needs in line with business objectives

4. Understanding of Employment Law and Employee Relations

5. Responsible for conducting Induction and On boarding process.

6. Lead and drive effective HR communication at plant level.

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
