Qualification- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical with 14 to 16 years experience in foundry equipment.

Salary - 10 to 13 lakhs

Job Responsibilities for  Manager /Deputy Manager (Mechanical - Foundry Equipment Maintenance)

1. Equipment Maintenance and ManagementKnowledge  and Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance (PM) plans and execution of Sinto Mold Line FDNX, Other flaskless mold line, Sand plant, Muilticooler, Disa Mixer, Bucket elevator, Belts etc Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve reliability, Good safety approach  Knowledge about Fettling and Shot Blast Machines, grinders, dust collector, wedge cutter, slat conveyor etcKnowledge about Kaeser compressors, Pump house Cooling tower , DG setDiwali shutdown maintenance and overhauling activities.Generate and maintain equipment check sheets for monitoring performance.Manage repair-based activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.Knowledge of centrifugal and valve set insert m/c2. Spare and Inventory ManagementDevelop and implement spare parts planning and inventory control systems.Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid disruptions.3. Planning and BudgetingPrepare and monitor maintenance budgets for equipment and utilities.Plan resource allocation for maintenance activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.4. Project ExecutionLead and manage mechanical projects, including upgrades and installations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.5. SAP and IATF Documentation WorkPerform maintenance-related tasks in SAP, such as:Work Order CreationMaterial Request and IssueMaintenance History UpdatesMaintain compliance with IATF standards by preparing required documentation.Ensure proper record-keeping for audits and inspections.8. Team and People ManagementSupervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring skill development and adherence to safety protocols.Allocate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of work.9. Mechanical Drawing and Technical ExpertiseRead, interpret, and revise mechanical drawings for equipment and projects. Autocad Knowledge
