Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing leader in driving our B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of marketing, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a small team environment. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and can wear many hats to support the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

- Assist in creating and managing content for sales collateral, including PDFs, decks, and other marketing materials.

- Help optimize company profiles and directories for increased visibility.

- Support in managing and updating the content hub with relevant files and documents.

Social Media Assistance:

- Maintain the social media calendar and schedule posts in accordance with the strategy.

- Aid in the development and curation of content ideas and editing content.

- Assist with social media creative elements and brand awareness initiatives.

Operational Support:

- Help oversee the website's content management to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness.

- Support campaign execution by coordinating with vendors and agencies.

- Assist with the internal communication to keep all parties informed on marketing efforts.

Campaign Assistance:

- Support the execution of various marketing campaigns including email, Linkedin, Social media, SEO, PPC, referral, demand gen, and more.

Marketing Efficiency:

- Aid in list segmentation and the management of nurture sequences.

- Assist with the implementation of marketing automation tools and software.

- Support the creation and optimization of scalable marketing processes.

Content and Creative Support:

- Assist in crafting copy for landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media content.

- Provide support in refreshing and repurposing existing marketing content across various platforms.

Data and Analytics Support:

- Help collect and compile data for market research and competitive analysis.

- Assist in tracking and reporting on web, social, and program analytics.

- Support the maintenance of marketing dashboards and KPI tracking.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, B2B experience is a plus.

- Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including content management systems and social media platforms.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A collaborative spirit and experience working in small team environments.

- A self-starter attitude with the capacity to work independently.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.

- Ability to follow SOPs

- Integrity to follow through with tasks
