Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Test Analyst with expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing Oracle ERP applications, ensuring system functionality, and identifying issues related to Finance and SCM modules. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle ERP, test planning, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Finance & SCM modules.
• Conduct functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and workflows.
• Validate GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, OM, INV, and Procurement functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Perform end-to-end testing, including interface validation and data migration testing.
• Work with automation teams to implement automated testing solutions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide testing status updates and participate in project meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP testing, specifically in Finance & SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle EBS (R12).
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Experience in SQL queries to validate backend data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium, OATS, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience in performance testing using LoadRunner/JMeter.
• Prior experience in Oracle implementation or upgrade projects.
