Designation: Front Office Receptionist

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records
• Manage administrative chores and organisational tasks
• Managing the reception area, greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
