- Develop and implement network and security strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

- Evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance network performance and security posture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network initiatives with business goals.

- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and connectivity.

- Have an internal team/vendor to conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to proactively address security risks.

- Lead a team of network engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.

- Establish and enforce network and security policies, standards, and procedures.

- Collaborate with IT leadership to create budgetary plans, resource allocation, and capacity planning for network infrastructure.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent from Cisco and Palo Alto is desired.

- 7+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on security and network infrastructure management.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and best practices.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of network engineers.

Skills and Abilities :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- In-depth understanding of network and security technologies, including SD-WAN, cloud networking, and next-generation firewalls from Cisco and Palo Alto.

- Experience with network monitoring and management tools is expected.
