Zonal Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To drive team on meeting business objectives
• Call accompaniment with Sales team
• Help sales manages develop to become good sales professional
• Monthly review of the business & funnel of each individual SM.
• Meet the top accounts in the territory & grow account penetration with these customers
• Meet existing and prospective customers to enhance KM brand & work towards improving customer satisfaction.
• Establish KM products across verticals viz Jobbers, Commercial printers, Publishers, SBOs, Offset Market to increase Km Market share and retain No. 1 Position.
• Improve coverage in the territory
• Help successful execution of roadshows & exhibitions
• Identify new market segments and take a lead in promoting KM product line in those segments.
• Ensure 100% usage of CRM by team members.
• Maintaining accurate funnel for the territory which helps in correct forecasting
• Upgrade customers whose MIF is becoming EoS mif retention
