Manager Service Industrial Printer (CX-IP)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure Resolution of field issues (Technical and Operational) proactively.
• Develop and implement Field support strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to align strategies and implement feedback.
• Coach, guide and lead direct reports to achieve their team and individual and team goals and develop their skills and capabilities.
• Manage the engagement, retention and performance of employees within the IP Service function.
• Collaboration with overseas stakeholders including our parent company to align global service strategy and activities.
• Monitor Product performance (Pre and Post launch) & share feedback to all stakeholders including parent company.
• Develop and Implement various Customer Retention Programs to keep business growth as per Mid-erm directions.
