Back office Executive, Gurgaon @Kone Elevators (Off role)

Position Title: Back Office Executive (Female preferred)
Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon

The sales coordinator will manage client communications and drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales for elevators. Responsibilities include tracking leads, following up with potential clients, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate order processing. The role also involves coordination with internal teams and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Call clients to promote AMC services and follow up on leads.
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with other departments, like marketing, for campaign support.
• Process online, email, and phone sales, ensuring order and invoice accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve issues.

Skills & Qualifications: -

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred.
