Relationship Executive Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Executive is a very crucial position, where an individual is responsible for managing and maintaining relationship with Various Govt / Semi Govt trade Bodies, Chamber of Commerce and industry Association, Events and Exhibition organizations.

Job Description

  • Responsible for Tie-ups with Various Govt / Semi Govt trade Bodies, Chamber of Commerce and industry Association, Events and Exhibition organizations.
  • Work with trade media and partners such as trade associations to extend promotional reach, Link exchange with various association, trade bodies & Exhibitions.
  • Strong understanding of assigned industries that will enhance the market/list research to build a hygienic and healthy companies database. Ability to slice and dice data for segmented marketing.
  • Generating opportunities for sales Revenue from Association, Trade Bodies, Event & Exhibition Organizers, Large Corporates, Banks etc.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Association, Trade Bodies, Event & Exhibition Organizers, Large Corporates, Banks etc.
  • Establishing relationships with new trade partners and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
  • Letting partners know about other products & services the company offers.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing partners.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Extensive Interaction with Sales Team to understand their need of tie-ups & Bulk Sales.
  • Conceptualize, design, provide copy and supervise production of marketing collateral's (both on and offline)


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in the media or event management industry.
  • Familiarity with media buying and planning.
  • Understanding of the B2B events industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various government/semi-government trade bodies, chambers of commerce and industry associations, events, and exhibition organizations, as well as clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with different types of organizations.
  • Adept in networking to create and maintain partnerships that enhance the organization's business growth and brand reputation.
  • Strong understanding of assigned industries to enhance market/list research, including the ability to slice and dice data for segmented marketing (this includes staying up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skilled in sales and marketing, with the ability to generate opportunities for sales revenue from associations, trade bodies, event and exhibition organizers, large corporates, banks, and other potential clients.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, provide copy and supervise the production of marketing collateral (both online and offline)
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

Salary

  • Annual CTC:3 - 7 LPA (Annual CTC breakup: Fixed component: 80% & Variable component: 20%)
  • Freshers are welcome and will be on Probation for 6 months (Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month)
