Corporate Sales Executive Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Sales Executive to contribute to our growth by generating sales for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Corporate Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business in selling advertisement on our web portal as well as B2B worldwide companies database to clients.

Job Description

1. Identify and target potential customers in a specific industry, region, or size of business.
2. Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
3. Sell Kompass products and services, including advertising on our web portal and access to our B2B worldwide companies database.
4. Answer questions about product specifications, pricing, and features.
5. Upsell customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services.
6. Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
7. Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
8. Assist sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers.
9. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
10. Investigate unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolve customer issues as necessary.
11. Specialize in inbound or outbound online marketing or sales for a particular industry.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a media industry or B2B Portal or technology or software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of the target market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in sales software and tools, such as CRM and lead generation tools.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Salary

• Annual CTC: 2.50 - 7 LPA on overall sales performance (Annual CTC breakup: Fixed component: 80% & Variable component: 20%).
• Freshers are also welcome and once selected they will be on Probation for 6 months (Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month)
