Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass company revenue goals.
- Identify and analyze market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and institutional partners.
- Address client needs and concerns with tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Growth and Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, focusing on both geographical and segment expansion.
- Develop strategic initiatives to penetrate untapped markets and grow the customer base.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Leverage data and insights to refine sales strategies and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales objectives.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Industry Expertise and Advocacy:
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a cryptocurrency exchange or related financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and trading ecosystems.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with international sales and market entry strategies.
- Established network within the cryptocurrency and blockchain communities.
- Knowledge of global regulatory environments affecting cryptocurrency trading.
