Kodo Technologies - Senior Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross functionalteams to deliver high-quality products.

- Maintain detailed best-in-class product specs for shared understanding across teams.

- Ensure a fast pace of product releases.

- Analyze customer feedback, market data, and product performance to optimizefeatures.

- Partner with sales and marketing teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies- Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products to guideproduct development and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS, with a track record ofsuccessfully managing and launching products.

- Deep understanding of product management tools and processes, includingproficiency in product lifecycle management.

- A few years of engineering experience preferred, though it's not a must.

- A Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) in computer science, software development,business administration or a related field.

Skills and Competencies :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and first principles thinking to drivedecision-making.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working acrosscross-functional teams.
