About the Role

KNY Projects is looking for an experienced GM - Construction to lead multi-sector construction projects across Oil & Gas, Energy, Healthcare, and Heavy Infrastructure. This role requires a proven track record in large-scale EPC project execution and the ability to build and structure a high-performance construction team within executive managements strategic framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor construction teams to ensure efficient execution and seamless project delivery.
• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple project sites.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement modern construction methodologies and drive efficiency across projects.
• Recruit and structure a team to scale construction operations as per company needs.

Requirements

• Masters degree (M.Tech/M.E) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Structural Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC, Infrastructure, or Heavy Civil projects.
• Expertise in contract management, project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project), and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and risk management capabilities.
