Service Engineer Pharma Packaging Solids

We are seeking an experienced Service Representative to join our team who will be responsible for Installation, Maintenance and Service of Pharmaceutical Packaging machines for our existing customers. You will work closely with our COC teams for a holistic technical support to customers. The successful candidate must have a strong technical background on Pharma Solid machines with good communication skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Carry out Installation, commissioning and Validation activities of Pharma machines, mainly solids.
• Handling pharmaceutical machines like Tablet press, Capsule filling.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians during breakdowns and troubleshooting and ensure prompt service delivery.
• Providing quality onsite support to customers for various After Sales activities like Service, Maintenance, AMC, Breakdown & Health checkup on machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, Pneumatic & electrical schematics, PID Diagrams.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
• Understanding of safety guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Engineering, Mechanical is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical Solids machines.
• At least 4 years of experience with hands on experience in handling pharmaceutical machines like tablet press, Capsule filling, or packaging machines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to provide technical training to customers.
• Necessary computer skills to work on MS-excel, MS-word, etc.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Location: Mumbai.
