Lead- Financial Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled Financial Data and Reporting Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Budget vs. Actual, bonus calculations for provisioning and payout, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Understand GL postings and payroll bookings to analyze overall employee costs.
• Collaborate with the GL team in finance, C&B team, and payroll team across all operating countries.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and reporting.
• Utilize PowerBI for data visualization and reporting (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of GL postings and payroll booking.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and go-getter attitude.
• Experience with PowerBI is an added advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
