Reporting Analyst

Overall Responsibility:

Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy and deliver timely reports that support strategic initiatives.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data findings.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.

Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
