Responsibilities
• Data analysis
• Perform quality assurance
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the HR team
• Communicate key insights and findings to the HR team
• Stay vigilant for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the company
• Assist with data collection and analysis for selected projects and workstreams
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Convert application enhancement features into smaller user stories • Identify automation opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance • Complete implementation of enhancements/integrations in application
• Provide trainings and demos of products, processes or integrations
• Partner closely with the HR department for system functionality and maintenance
• Becoming employee-facing when deemed necessary
• Utilize formal ticketing system to complete work and providing required updates to properly service and follow-up with employees
• Adhere to service level agreements for ticketing system
• Attend ongoing trainings as assigned by department management
• Data management to include: discovery, analysis, audit, validation, entry, correction
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous experience in HR, Data Analysis or Quality Assurance
• A degree or certificate in Human Resources and/or SuccessFactors
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Superior presentation and organizational skills
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
• 3 years experience with Success Factors
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
• Customer service oriented
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of basic office technology
