Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with international clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for PMGM processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to PMGM modules.
• Configure and customize the PMGM modules to meet client's specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the PMGM module with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
• Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors PMGM features, functionalities, and industry regulations.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup.
• Good to have integration experience with respective core modules

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is required.
• SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.
• Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
• Strong understanding of PMGM processes and best practices.
• Experience in Multi Rater prep and rollouts.
• Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to PMGM modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system-related issues.
• Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
• Expertise in provisioning system.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal, written and presentation)
