Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP BRIM Convergent Charging solutions.
• Develop charge plans, pricing models, and rating configurations for one-time, recurring, and usage-based charges.
• Validate and optimize SAP BRIM CC integration with SAP SOM and SAP CI.
• Create Catalogs and integrate them with provisioning systems.
• Design and implement Convergent Charging solutions, ensuring end-to-end integration.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to develop BRIM solution architectures.
• Develop Key Design Documents (KDD) for identified business requirements and align with other BRIM components.
• Convert KDD into CC Charge Plan Solution Design documents and present them to customers for approval.
• Configure Charge Plans and validate with test runs using temporary data.
• Monitor contracts and Billable Items into CI, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Provide leadership in end-to-end testing, performance tuning, and debugging of SAP CC implementations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of total IT experience in various industries with contributions to all project phases (design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
• Minimum 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for SAP BRIM with specialization in Convergent Charging (CC).
• Expertise in SAP BRIM CC and both technical and functional aspects of the module.
• Strong knowledge of Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Hands-on experience in configuring and integrating SAP CC with SAP SOM and SAP CI.
• Experience in defining BRF+ events to capture provider contract transactional data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XML-based data processing.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based deployments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants.
