Job Overview:

The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, responding to market dynamics, and expanding the distributor network. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize market share.
• Maintain high operational standards and inventory efficiency.
• Train and develop store teams for performance improvement.
• Analyze market trends and organize brand outreach activities.
• Build and manage a distributor network and sales promoters.
• Sales growth and average transaction value (ATV).
• Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Inventory turnover and shrinkage control.
• Employee satisfaction, retention, and training effectiveness.
• Expansion and success of the distributor network.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Retail, FMCG or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and logistics.
• Analyze sales performance and consumer behavior trends to improve strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the quick commerce industry.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to keep KIWI Kisan Window competitive.
