Area Sales Manager (New Store Openings)

• Oversee the opening of new BlackTree showrooms in assigned territories (MP, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Chhattisgarh)
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for your assigned region.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, mall authorities, and local influencers.
• Oversee store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and brand experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and store operations.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in store operations and visual merchandising will be a plus.
