Product Director

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Director Technology to lead the development of our B2B and B2C platforms. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions for cabinet retailers and showrooms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both B2B and B2C platforms.
• Align product development with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and ensure the platforms remain competitive and innovative.

Product Development

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business needs, and market analysis.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with management to understand the high-level scope and vision.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver on product goals.
• Lead product managers and ensure effective collaboration and alignment across teams.

Customer-Centric Focus

• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Ensure an intuitive, user-friendly experience for both B2B and B2C customers.

Metrics and Reporting

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Report progress, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in product management, with a focus on B2B and B2C technology products. Experience in SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of B2B workflows and B2C e-commerce dynamics.
