Position Overview:

As Director of Product - PMO Solutions, you will lead the vision, strategy, and development of GravityOne s AI-powered PMO tools. This role combines strategic thinking, user empathy, and product innovation to create solutions that elevate the PMO function into a driver of agility and success in the intelligence economy.

You ll collaborate closely with our CEO, a visionary leader with years of experience in the sector, who is deeply involved in product development. This partnership provides an incredible platform to innovate and create transformative tools that redefine PMO excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for PMO solutions within GravityOne.
• Develop innovative AI-powered tools that redefine project management, from planning to execution and beyond.
• Align product initiatives with user needs, market demands, and strategic business objectives.

PMO Solution Development

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver intuitive and impactful PMO solutions.
• Drive the development of features such as predictive analytics, scenario planning, and real-time project insights.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated within the GravityOne platform.

Customer-Centric Innovation

• Partner closely with the CEO to ensure alignment of the PMO solutions with the broader product vision.
• Engage with PMO leaders, clients, and stakeholders to deeply understand their pain points and opportunities.
• Use customer insights to guide feature prioritization and continuous product refinement.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing product team dedicated to delivering exceptional PMO solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and a relentless focus on quality.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and support teams to drive adoption and success of PMO solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on project management solutions or enterprise tools.
• Expertise in AI-powered tools, predictive analytics, and PMO processes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver products that transform user workflows and deliver measurable impact.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
