Position Overview:

We are looking for a Director of Engineering - Core Platform to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of GravityOne . This role is critical to ensuring the platform s core infrastructure is robust, secure, and optimized for performance, enabling the seamless integration of innovative features and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture and Development

Lead the design and development of the GravityOne core platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Establish and maintain industry-leading standards for software architecture, coding, and deployment practices.
Oversee the implementation of APIs, integrations, and frameworks to support advanced platform functionalities.

Scalable and Secure Infrastructure

Drive the development of a cloud-native infrastructure optimized for rapid iteration and deployment.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security to meet the demands of enterprise clients.
Build a modular architecture that allows for seamless feature expansion and integration.

Strategic Leadership

Develop a technology roadmap for the core platform, aligned with the broader strategic vision of Gravity iLabs.
Stay ahead of technology trends, evaluating and adopting tools and frameworks that enhance platform capabilities.
Collaborate with product, AI, and design teams to align core platform initiatives with user needs and business goals.

Team Building and Culture

Build, mentor, and inspire a team of talented engineers focused on delivering a world-class platform.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the team adopts best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and enterprise-grade platform development.
Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and DevOps practices.
Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise platforms with high reliability and security standards.
