Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join the CEO Office as a key driver of Product Operations and Project Management. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to manage product-related initiatives, ensure timely execution of strategic priorities, and oversee cross-functional projects critical to the success of GravityOne and Gravity iLabs.

This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Operations

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of product operations, ensuring alignment with the CEO s vision and company objectives.
• Maintain a structured and efficient approach to tracking product development milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Project Management

• Manage key projects originating from the CEO s agenda, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, proactively identifying solutions to maintain project momentum.

Strategic Alignment

• Act as the CEO s liaison across teams, ensuring all product and project initiatives align with the company s strategic vision.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements.

Execution Excellence

• Monitor adherence to timelines and deliverables, holding teams accountable for meeting deadlines.
• Implement best practices in project and product management to drive consistency and excellence.
• Ensure documentation of processes, decisions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product operations, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
