Position Overview:

Gravity iLabs is seeking a visionary Director of Engineering - Enterprise AI to lead the development of all AI-driven features and capabilities for GravityOne. This role is pivotal in shaping the intelligence backbone of the platform, creating scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions that deliver actionable insights and transformational outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Innovation and Development

• Architect and oversee the development of advanced AI/ML models and frameworks that power the intelligence economy.
• Drive innovation in predictive analytics, natural language processing, and real-time decision-making tools tailored for enterprise needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to design AI-driven features that provide unparalleled business insights.

Scalable AI Solutions

• Ensure AI models and infrastructure are optimized for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the GravityOne platform to enhance user experience and decision-making.
• Leverage emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge and deliver industry-first features.

Strategic Leadership

• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable AI strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Monitor advancements in AI research and technologies, identifying opportunities for adoption and innovation.
• Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Building and Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and intelligent risk-taking within the team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align AI development with broader platform goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), data analytics, and enterprise AI applications.
• Strong background in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
